Forgiving is to leave it all behind, not forget, but it means that you no longer care that it happened.
Today is January 1, 2019. As the day marks page 1 of 365, I purposely take this opportunity to look back at the past as I want to make this day to do self-check and realize who are the people and which situations that I need to leave alongside the year that has already passed. Hence, I put into summary all the things- good or bad, that happened in 2018.
This whole week, my Facebook timeline has been flooded by viral news-both trending in the Philippines and worldwide. The first one was all about the Miss Universe 2018 and the other one was about school bullying. In this first part of my post, I wrote my opinion about the recently concluded prestigious beauty pageant. My thoughts about school bullying would be featured on my next blog.
Maintain silence because “there is dignity in silence;” because it is not all the time, people are worthy of your voice. So let them say what they want and maintain your dignity.

In the children’s story “The Emperor’s New Clothes,” the characters, including the Emperor, have been fooled by their own liking when they failed to acknowledge that the Emperor is naked and not wearing his new wardrobe, which according to the tailors (who are actually thieves) can be only seen by the wise ones, and so as not to look stupid, they have been pretending that they are seeing the new clothes until one innocent child shouts that the Emperor is not wearing anything. It is only then when they realize that they have been cheated and have acted so stupid for not admitting that the Emperor is undressed.
Your d*ck does not make you a man, your behavior does.
But before anyone fires back on me, I want to declare my neutrality. I’m Switzerland, I bring no harm in this post.
I don’t understand why some people these days like to play the role of a critic. I wonder what have they done to think so high of themselves and believe that their opinion is always right, when in fact they don’t have any essential contribution to make this world a better place to live in other than ranting about anything they don’t like.
