Have you ever gotten into a situation when you think that it is the worst time of your life?
How many times you have thought that you are unlucky, unpretty, unintelligent and unworthy of a good life?
How many times you have been unsure about your decisions?
How many times you have thought that you have crossed a wrong path?
How many times you have thought that you have a miserable life?
How many times…
When we are blinded by the pain and negativity has consumed us, it is easy for us to see all the ugly sides of our life; it is easy for us to feel unblessed because of our sufferings, but if we are only going to open our eyes, we will see that our sufferings are blessings too. Sometimes we need to get hurt, to be disappointed, to fall and to fail so we will learn to fight back, to expect less, to stand up and to pursue our dreams.
We need to lose so we can be thankful for the fortunes that we have. We need to endure so can appreciate life. We need to look around so we can find the goodness in ourselves and in others.
So when you are exhausted, pause for a while, breath, clear your mind and say, “my sufferings are blessings too.”
Remember, the worst is not the worst, sometimes it is for the best. God knows best, we just have to trust His plans for us.
